Founded in 2009, Zhejiang Jiede Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. is specialized in the R & D and manufacturing of stainless steel pipe fittings. Located in Longwan District, Wenzhou, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and an area of 9, 600 square meters, we have 128 employees, including two senior engineers, six engineers and seven assistant engineers.

We mainly manufacture industrial pipe fittings made of special materials such as austenitic stainless steel, duplex steel and super duplex steel. We use internationally advanced production processes and equipment, as well as domestic and imported quality raw materials, to manufacture various pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers, stub ends, caps and flanges. We can not only manufacture standard products according to national standards, chemical standards, power standards, American standards, Japanese standards, German standards and Russian standards and other standards, but also process and manufacture non-standard products based on customers special requirements. We currently sell products in over ten provinces and regions in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), and export products up to American standards and EU standards to the USA, Canada, Brazil, Germany, the UK, France and the Middle East. Our product quality has been unanimously praised by both domestic and foreign customers.

The cold-drawn stainless steel multi-way pipe (manifold) is another key product of ours. With complete sets of independently developed cold-drawn technologies and equipment, we can customize such pipes fully based on customers drawings. With high-precision draw hole and low manufacturing cost, the pipe is a new choice for engineering application and complete equipment.

We have the sales service department, the marketing department, the purchase department, the quality department, the production technology department, the HR department and the financial department. The quality department has two parts: Physicochemical laboratory and quality inspection workshop; The production technology department consists of the blanking workshop, the forming workshop, the welding & heat treatment workshop, the machining workshop, the pickling & polishing workshop and the packaging workshop. The workshops were established according to procedures to facilitate specialized and serialized production, boost production efficiency and steadily improve product quality.
